Pros:

Increases confidence regarding organisational resilience capability An ability to produce enterprise-wide views immediately and accurately in a major disruption, compared to the spreadsheet and word processing approach (typically a labour-intensive effort with limited data capability) Increase in BCM Program quality, as the organisation's BCM methodology is applied consistently Able to, quickly and accurately, aggregate data into information ' on an enterprise level Ability to provide executives with timely and relevant information in a crisis management situation More efficiently and effectively manage the BCM program deliverables, e.g. BC Plans, governance reports Enables an executive overview of the BCM program Provides visibility of decision-making process for real event responses (providing bona-fide evidence for insurance claims) Enables BC response capability within the business area

Comments: I've been a Ascent partner for 3+ years now and can't say enough good things about them. We liked the solution so much that we sold our traditional MSP in order to start a company based solely on BCM. If I was willing to bet my entire future on the product, you had better believe that I have researched many other solutions on the market and none compare to this system as a full-featured turn-key solution.

Pros:

The product is just so easy to implement and manage. We have over 230 servers we back up on a daily basis (most on an hourly basis) and we are able to manage all of that within 1 person.
