> **Pros**: The gate location feature is super helpful since it enables guests to check into multiple buildings using one QR code. The check-in and check-out process is smooth. The appointment feature is also great and easy to use. Many hosts prefer to attach the appointment URL to their event email invites to guests than uploading a list of visitors to SIE through a CSV file.

> **Cons**: We would like to be able to bulk check in guests and edit invites sent through Outlook plug-in. It will be great if we can upload an image for the email template banner instead of having to host the image as an URL using a third-party tool.
