This gives you the flexibility over a flat package fee per month based approach where you and your users decide how much you need the CLM per month and not us. Usage Activities Credits Resets to the plan maximum every month so you are guaranteed to have access to any features in CMx available to you based on your needs.&#10;&#10;These credits are consumed based on various activities carried out on the platform, which can include:&#10;&#10;Intake Requests: Submitting requests that initiate processes like contract drafting or approvals.&#10;&#10;Contract Record Creation: Generating new contract records in the system.&#10;&#10;Contract Document Generation: Producing formal contract documents ready for review or signature.&#10;&#10;Workflow Approvals: Approving or rejecting items as they progress through contract workflows.&#10;&#10;Electronic Signatures: Finalizing contracts through digital signatures.&#10;&#10;Each activity requires a certain number of usage credits. For instance, if a company has 250 usage activity credits for the month, those credits could be used for 50 Intake Requests, 50 Contract Document Generations, 50 Workflow Approvals, and 50 Electronic Signatures or in any combination of the activities you choose in any order.&#10;&#10;The total number of credits can be spread across these activities in any combination. For example , you could focus more on one activity, like document generation, or spread the usage activity credits evenly across all tasks, depending on the needs of you and your users. This system allows flexibility in how users utilize the CMx platform, ensuring that various CLM-related activities can be performed based on operational demands. In case if you run out of usage credits for the month you have the option to automatically top up or buy more depending on your needs so that you are never blocked.
