> **Pros**: It contains almost everything you need for business running: communication tool, cloud for files, task and projects feature

> **Cons**: It breaks at least once every week\! It is impossible to rely on it, because it goes offline with no reason.

> The tool has a good idea behind it, but execution is bad. Constant breaks, user unfriendly design and not helpful customer service makes it difficult to use it.
