Although since the move of all historic Diligent-owned platforms (Board Effect etc) it feels as though there hasn't been a lot of investment in developing the platform to make sure it keeps up with peers. > > **Cons**: Compared to other current platforms, it's quite clunky, especially building packs and navigating through them in meetings. The pricing structure also doesn't work for a number of our clients who are now looking to other platforms who provide different fee formats. > > Generally good - it's certainly up there as one of the preferred platforms used by our clients and our internal team.
