Although since the move of all historic Diligent-owned platforms (Board Effect etc) it feels as though there hasn't been a lot of investment in developing the platform to make sure it keeps up with peers. > > **Cons**: Compared to other current platforms, it's quite clunky, especially building packs and navigating through them in meetings. The pricing structure also doesn't work for a number of our clients who are now looking to other platforms who provide different fee formats. > > Generally good - it's certainly up there as one of the preferred platforms used by our clients and our internal team. So, to link the same e-mail in different organisations, Diligent required the user approval and that the user informed the organisations which he/she had the e-mail registered. I like being able to take a whole agenda from last months’ meeting and simply change the date. I’ve been worried my iPhone would crash during a vote, so far, no problem. When I need help, I’ve had good luck getting someone to answer the phone at support. > > **Cons**: Getting this to communicate with all of our other applications is a nightmare. It’s frustrating that the auto-numbering feature still does not work for agendas. I also hate dealing with the board member who won’t enable two factor authentication (2FA), it creates so much hassle in trying to resolve their issues. > > We save money on printing and postage, and I think that is fine.
