> **Pros**: the platform is great especially with its built-in features, makes it easy for the person who doesn't know coding but more than that they can help to manage your services...if you are a small business you probably can't afford different skills sets at once hence use it better makes life easy.

> **Cons**: in the pricing tab,  i was really hoping to see THEIR PRICING...didn't see anything, mostly likely that means its expensive. Therefore not sure if it will fit the small business but it might be good for the medium-sized businesses
