The Best video loss prevention system I have ever used

Comments: Solink has been a huge help with all of our Loss Prevention efforts, as well as training, and operational oversight, and their team is great to work with.

Pros:

The system is effective and has a ton of tools that allow you full oversight into your operations, as well as allowing you to pinpoint, record and share issues and concerns. We are able to use it not just for loss prevention, oversight and recording incidents, but also as an effective teaching tool for our management teams and our team members.

Cons:

It has so many tools that the learning curve can seem a bit steep, and it can take a while before you are able to really use this tool to its full ability...I'm still finding out ways that we can utilize it.

Love this System so much we have migrated to use Solink ONLY at all of our locations

Comments: Overall an excellent tool with excellent support

Pros:

Links to our register system so you can see the receipt on the screen. Easy search engine. Really great support and constantly getting updated so it gets better and better. Loads of storage capacity so you can go back a search for a long time.

Cons:

Receipt numbers in Solink are different then our register system. Sometimes the system slows down when we are watching history and the cameras freeze up. Not sure if this is on our end (internet speed) or at peak times when the solink system is being used the most. Possibly a solink capacity issue as they grow their user base.

Pros:

- Email notifications on the spot - Great customer service - Ease of use

Cons:

- Reports need to be more user friendly and easy to understand - Sometimes when POS systems change their coding it takes a few days for Solink to adapt

Comments: I think it is great. We as well as our employees bare well protected with this software.

Pros:

It is very clear inages, very easy to use, fast.

Cons:

I can't say there are any cons as when you have questions about the program there is always someone available to help...
