The transition over has been easy to manage and the customer support has been excellent. The Document Management system is more easy to follow than our previous system The costing structure is more suited to our business needs and having unlimited users at the basic level as allowed for the training module to be rolled across the whole team. > > **Cons**: Audit Management Module has taken longer to adjust and set up, it also doesn't flow as well as the other modules. It would be useful to have more customisation for some of the drop down menus currently locked. > > Overall, moving to Isolocity has been an extremely positive experience. Any issues we have come across have been resolved in a timely manner and communication maintained at all times. I don't like that someone has to be added as a document owner in order to make changes to the document. I am also noticing that Employee level users can't see things that I have assigned to them. I had to move them to a production level user in order for them to work on things that even they were the owner of. > > The onboarding and training with Isolocity has been awesome.
