Overall, Enapps has transformed our accounting experience. So many of our tasks that used to take an hour or two, are now completed in as little as ten minutes.
From an analytics perspective, information is easy to find and also, easy to put in a format which you require with very little issues, which in other systems this is not an easy task.
I have found Enapps to be extremely beneficial to our company.

Pros:
A lot of our processes are now automated, saving us time to do other tasks.
Cons:
Once the VAT has been processed, you can't seem to change any information on an invoice, even if it does not affect the VAT aspect of the invoice.

Overall a absolute pleasure, its been a experience seeing Enapps grow and working with the teams (almost like watching a friends child grow) but it appears Enapps still have a big hill to conquer regarding releasement management and retaining staff. Once they get over that hill...Enapps will be great and would see their recommendation score increase!

-The ability to escalate quickly
-Pioneering attitude

-The poor regime of release management and the subsequent perspective
created by users affected
-Lack of compensation caused by poor release management

So far, my experience with Enapps has been positive. Even though I’ve only scratched the surface, the support from the team has been excellent, which gives me confidence that the system will be valuable as I continue to use it more.
Pros:
The customer support team are really friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and guide you through the system, which makes getting started much easier.
Cons:
I haven’t had much time to fully explore all the features yet, so it’s hard to comment on any drawbacks at this stage. Some areas feel like they’ll take a bit of time to get used to.

Very Good experience with the implementation of a complex project which is now nearing completion. ENAPPS team have provide great support
Pros:
Flexibility, easy to use with good financial reporting and good customer service. The ENAPPS team are always helpful and friendly.
Cons:
Occasional issues with visibility of costs. It can be difficult to find information on the ENAPPS Academy when trying to problem solve

Overall, good experience. The support team are knowledgeable and spend time to understand requirements. The system is a big improvement on our old system. Would have been better if they could have migrated full set of data across - Purchase Orders weren't brought through.
Pros:
The accessibility of the system - all data in one place. The ability to edit functionality to maximize efficiencies - like auto sending invoices. Call outs are also brilliant!
Cons:
Having to pay extra for ad-hoc support / training and not being able to amend layouts without paid support.
