Flexible ERP and Attentive staff
Pros:
Flexibility to add pretty much anything you want, forward thinking on things like open banking and OCR reader. Attentive Dev team. A lot less money than big bespoke ERP players.
Cons:
Costs to implement things can be high, would like to see more put through as R&D projects.
Alternatives Considered: Intact iQ
Reasons for Choosing Enapps: Previous system looked old and was very fixed, we out grew it.
Switched From: OGL Software

Comments:
Overall, Enapps has transformed our accounting experience. So many of our tasks that used to take an hour or two, are now completed in as little as ten minutes.
From an analytics perspective, information is easy to find and also, easy to put in a format which you require with very little issues, which in other systems this is not an easy task.
I have found Enapps to be extremely beneficial to our company.
Pros:
A lot of our processes are now automated, saving us time to do other tasks.
Cons:
Once the VAT has been processed, you can't seem to change any information on an invoice, even if it does not affect the VAT aspect of the invoice.

Comments: Overall a absolute pleasure, its been a experience seeing Enapps grow and working with the teams (almost like watching a friends child grow) but it appears Enapps still have a big hill to conquer regarding releasement management and retaining staff. Once they get over that hill...Enapps will be great and would see their recommendation score increase!

Improved efficiency and faster processes
Comments: Our experience with Enapps has been excellent. Its helped us drive real efficiency gains in our day to day processes, which has allowed us to grow without increasing head count. Admin based roles have been reduced, allowing us to focus on sales and improving customer service.
Pros:
Prior to using Enapps, we were using separate systems and linking interfaces. Our processes were long-winded and inefficient. The Enapps platform has dramatically improved our process times, with the connectivity between modules meaning information is always easy to find. Enapps also offers great improvements on Sage, which has allowed us to really improve our stock management and ensure availability, with is critical in our market. What I also like is the platform never stands still - there are always updates and tweaks to improve the software, and some of our suggestions have gone into the core software to benefit all customers.
Cons:
We were unable to migrate our data from our old CRM system, which meant it had to largely be recreated from scratch which was very time consuming, however this was more to do with the platform we were moving from than Enapps. Certain elements, like producing PDF documents, could be more user friendly and customisable.
