> **Pros**: The main area for updating risks , performance and actions is really easy to use. It is a great business management tool.  It provides instant oversight of where varying activities are across the business.

> **Cons**: Currently, the need to set up reports in the Classic version is a little "clunky", but I understand this is soon to be fixed so that all can be done within the Browser version.

> Exceptional customer service and a very high quality system which enables us to keep on top of all things performance.
