Invoices don't make sense most of the time, and if you use the balance brought forward option, it is more often that not, wildly inaccurate. I have been left out of pocket on so many occasions, cos invoices are generated incorrectly from the system. Family accounts are invariably wrong, despite inputting the correct information. My books never balance\! I have raised the issue with MMS countless times, and each time they fob me off with generic user manual spiel, but never resolve the issue. The customer service is appalling.
