Sometimes the development team releases updates without proper testing that impacts the product in negative and downright frustrating ways. We have been unable to import records for months and our app randomly went down - the teenagers who operate it acted like this was no big deal. The product team is literally their own worse enemy. > > The product support (\[sensitive content hidden\]) is amazing but the rest of the staff at ASAP Systems has very questionable communication and ethics. \[sensitive content hidden\], their technical support rep, is very slow to respond and can sometimes take months to offer solutions without giving you any updates in between. You could literally add a full time job to your staff of emailing \[sensitive content hidden\] for status updates that he never provides. What I like best about Passport is that I can do everything in just a few clicks. I take inventory, I create the report and email it direct to my boss. All from this program.
