Moving files or managing system documents during support sessions is fast, which saves our IT support team a massive amount of time on a daily basis.

The administrative backend can also feel a bit complex and cluttered when you are trying to configure advanced security permissions or custom group views for the first time.

> **Cons**: There are frequent updates, so our sys admin has to keep it up to date regularly and occasionally, there can be a bit of lag when connecting to Macs or when using high-resolution monitors.

> Overall, we're generally satisfied. It’s made managing remote support for our clients much easier and more efficient. The features and reliability are better than other tools we’ve used, and the backstage mode is a real standout. I’d definitely recommend it to other MSPs looking for a solid, professional remote support solution.

For my case it is whether consent is required or not, and this makes it easy to find certain companies. The backstage mode is critical to our work, as it allows us to implement updates and changes without disturbing users. The chat system also reduces call time as I can chat about issues and easily multi-task.

> I use this software to manage thousands of computers/servers everyday and it is made a breeze with ConnectWise ScreenConnect. The backstage features allow me to set off commands and install software without the user being stopped from working and I can also send them messages if required. A lot of the time, there are network dropouts and this software makes it easy to check out if this has happened on a surface level, so also very handy\!
