Strong integration with other products in particular across our Zoho Platform. Workflows make the process so much easier to manage, and changes as and when required, on the fly can be invoked. > > **Cons**: We have had some issues with the deliverability of emails. at times, emails fail for no reason, this could be down to the integration within Zoho/emails we have imported and not validated. Some elements of the workflows are overly complex and have posed initial challenges to overcome, which should have been straight forward. We are alsos suffering with high bounce rates, still looking into this one. Alognwith email delivery being delayed for uto 24 hour hrs for some reason, agin still looking into this > > Overall, a good experience, marred by a few teethign troubles. Good interation and overall works well with the workflows. You do need to understand your processes to ensure that you setup your workflows to work as expected, check your emails to see if they are being bounced or delayed.
