The licensing model is fair and predictable — none of the eye-watering cost escalations we saw with Omnissa. User sessions are fast to start, management is cleanly designed, and the support team actually listens and responds. > > **Cons**: The admin console takes a bit of adjustment coming from Horizon, and some of the advanced policies could be surfaced more intuitively. Nothing show-stopping — more a case of learning a new rhythm after years in the VMware ecosystem. > > After Omnissa’s pricing spiked almost tenfold, we moved to Inuvika expecting to compromise on something — performance, usability, or support.
