I prefer ranges for reps but it only allows numerical characters so end up having to write the actual workout in the notes section then clients log after. > > Easy to setup and use. Again coming from trainerize i can go onto individual profiles for clients and add their program and design workouts just for them and edit the workout week to week not have to create a completely new workout and just add a set to each exercise for example. It seems my pt hub is more of a playform for people to just give most people the exact same workouts. > > Its been good so far but some things to improve in the future.
