Simple and easy end points management

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: We use Mirador to monitor our devices and ensure we meet the security requirements.

Pros:

Relatively simple to use. It is very simple to deploy and cost-effective.

Cons:

More filter capabilities are needed, and the options to display more information on grids (lists) need to be improved.

Successfull Mobile device Management on the way!!

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: We use to says, some others exist of course! But on the market, Miradore is one of the most efficient at this very low price

Pros:

We like the easyless need our teams have to managed and apprpriate the software. Console is well designed and integration to Android, Apple and Windows is easy to manage. also, the way to renw Apple certificate to link with ABM/SBM Policies can be dependendly distributed to the user or the endpoint. Users, device and other settings can be directly mass imported to fastly deployment MDM policies in the company. Of course, support is a good assistant and very helpful in case of need.

Cons:

Love in future to get other language than English because of some non IT profile that need to access in view only mode. Only three admin profil for users. It could be pleasant to manage some features directly by making our own admin profiles

Very frustrating support, poor BYOD Android implementation

2.0 3 years ago

Comments: We chose Miradore based on their marketing material and BYOD functionality. Our reality, at least for Android devices, has been very frustrating. We use Miradore to deploy and update custom Android and iOS software to our employees. iOS installation and functionality is satisfactory, but Miradore's tools fall well short of the mark on the Android side. The BYOD configuration process is very confusing to the end user. At the moment it requires a trained individual to walk the user through the process. We have one device where the app will not successfully configure itself, and provides no useful information as to why. Miradore support has been less than helpful. I've contacted them on 3 occasions, and each time gave up on the conversation because they challenged the facts I gave them. While they're the least expensive, the extra cost required to deploy the app, and the time spent arguing with support over the facts in my tickets do not make up for the discount. We are actively looking for a replacement.

Pros:

It's the least expensive option for BYOD MDM

Cons:

Installation and configuration of BYOD Android devices is poorly implemented, and rarely successful

Hi Tim, We're sorry to hear that your experience with Miradore did not go as expected. This doesn't sound like the service we aim to provide our customers. Device enrollment and management should be as easy as possible, and unfortunately, this time, we were unable to solve your enrollment issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I will share your feedback with our product development team, and please let us know if you are open to discussing the issue and how we can improve your experience with Miradore. Review by R-COST

4.0 3 months ago

Comments: Overall, we have a good experience with Miradore. We have deployed this solution to several customers and mostly they are satisfied with the fact that a device may be managed by an MDM but personal user information is not accessible by us (IT Providers).

Pros:

Ease of use and setup. Any new site can be setup very quickly and using the platform is intuitive.

Cons:

MacOS does not allow deployment of DMG unless done via script which can sometimes be problematic. Also, device manual sync can sometimes take time and we have no visibility if the task is in progress or 'stuck' Support for LINUX devices is missing as well.

Alternatives Considered: SureMDM

Reasons for Switching to LogMeIn Miradore: Price was a deciding factor for our end-users. However, SureMDM also provides us with unrequired access to some features that impede on user privacy. Also some customers were weary of the fact that 42Gears is

Reasons for Switching to LogMeIn Miradore: I like the Miradore interface and its ease of use. You can do complicated things in it very easily.

Simple to use for our organisations needs

5.0 8 months ago

Pros:

We were previously using Cisco Meraki but after some changes in pricing structure we needed to assess and move over to a new platform. We didn't need high functionality out of an MDM solution, it was more to ensure uptime of our devices apply push out applications and this platform does exactly that. Pricing is good as well as that was also a key motivator in our decision

Cons:

Nothing in particular, ticks most of our boxes.

Alternatives Considered: Jamf Pro

Reasons for Choosing LogMeIn Miradore: Pricing increase and structure change from meraki

Switched From: Cisco Meraki

Reasons for Switching to LogMeIn Miradore: Jamf too expensive for our org for the needs

MDM, complete, fast, reliable, friendly, good technical service.

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: From contact with the commercial side, having a demo and starting to implement and work, always with absolute support from MIRADORE. Since we have implemented the solution, we have never had any problems with the service, let's hope they continue working to keep it that way.

Pros:

Its ease of implementation, very friendly interface with a very good user experience, having formidable support from its technical specialists. Very competitive price.

Cons:

Nothing to report that has affected our implementation.

Very helpful product

4.0 3 years ago

Pros:

Mirador is great at what it does, allowing quick MDM whilst operating within leeway device manufacturers allow.

Cons:

It's hard to find much wrong with the system given how we use it, but the iOS app could be made more reliable so it doesn't occasionally shut down.

Great remote device management software

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: I set up all of our remote Android devices and windows laptops relatively easily. I manage the devices daily and can easily push new configurations to devices when needed. The software is easy to navigate and deployment is very quick and simple using QR codes.

Pros:

I was new to RDM when I started using Miradore, but found it very easy to set up and navigate.

Cons:

Android devices can still be factory hard reset even with the reset protection enabled. This may be more of an Android issue than a Miradore one, but they weren't able to advise me about how to remedy it.

Most user friendly MDM on the market

5.0 6 years ago

Comments: All in all our users love Miradore because once the initial setup is done, it is easy to enroll new devices and retire old ones.

Pros:

It is very user friendly, easy to learn, and the help content is really useful.

Cons:

When users push out a profile or an application and it fails, there is not a lot of information on exactly why it failed. I haven't been able to find any logging or anything that tells you what is wrong exactly. It just kind of hangs up.

Split but functional

5.0 6 years ago

Comments: Functional, does what I need as a small user keeping an extended family updated

Pros:

Works well, simplified the action of adding new people and devices. Helps me keep everyone up to date and chose Those slow to update their OS

Cons:

Android and Apple definitions unnecessarily separate; for example, to use a single WiFi SSID and password, I need to make one for iOS and one for android with exact same values. Haven’t tested adding PCs, if possible, just handsets and tablets.
