Features like automatic card charging mean that a lot of work is done by the software, freeing up time for us to enhance guest experience. Mews also has built-in, comprehensive training via Mews University, meaning new starters can quickly learn how to use the software with minimal training. Mews also regularly releases new features, including an AI digital assistant that is extremely helpful when you need technical support. > > **Cons**: Very little.
