Pros:

The platform has undergone significant improvements, and the Customer Success team is flexible in accommodating your needs within the existing framework. Additionally, they are quick to respond and resolve issues efficiently.

Cons:

I have no negative feedback to provide about the system. I absolutely adore it, and there's nothing I dislike about it.

My Teamtailor Experience

Comments: Overall, it's been very smooth and has allowed us to really speed up our recruitment process as it's easy to track applications and move candidate's through our process. The ability to also collaborate with my team over on the notes section is great and saves a lot of back and forth over other messaging services.

Pros:

The customer service is excellent. Not only from our account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] but also the direct messaging via the platform. The responses are always quick and very helpful. It allows for a great overview of our open positions, where the candidates are in the pipeline, and triggers for aspects such as NPS are great. Being able to merge duplicate applications is also a great benefit.

Cons:

I can't track which candidates specifically the NPS was sent to. The analytics page is sometimes confusing to understand the number of candidates that have tracked through my pipeline. When publishing new positions, we don't want the email to be sent out to candidates who are connected as oftentimes it's candidates that we wouldn't consider for another position or its noise for them and they ask for their profile to be deleted. However, there is no option to opt-out from this automatic emailer that is sent out from our side. Time in the state is also limited to days, whereas I would prefer it was limited to weekdays in terms of a tracking time.

Good ATS, bad accessibility from other countries

Pros:

The pipeline way of tracking candidates is awesome, and also the integrations with other platforms to make assessments and to be aware of the progress of each candidate was really good. The information was displayed smoothly when it was time to review a candidate.

Cons:

The performance, it was really slow and cranky, making the overall process of uploading candidates, screening and others, really, really inefficient. Actually we didn't know why it was so slow as we tried to explore options to make the things smoother, but, it was worthless. Additionally, the merging function of previous candidates were good, but made some serious chaos when it comes to send the assessments.

Great ATS, so happy with this!

Comments: I think that this is the best ATS that you can implement. I'not a Teamtailor employee! ;)

Pros:

Great product, great price and the usability is TOP! This is really easy for the company and the features are really well designed. The integration with Linkedin works well. The video questions are making the processes really easy. The setup and configuration is easy to do for an HR team. Also the Customer service team is great.

Cons:

The analytics are not the best but they have an easy API and this is awesome. The worst point is the video-call integrations, we need the integrations with Google meet because the native tool is not working well.

Comments: The best ATS I've ever worked on.

Pros:

UX/UI experience and intuitive navigation - for sure you have been working on the process flow with recruiters. Easy implementation & great on-going support and help center content. Dashboard and analitics. Easy referral feature for employees. Many digital platforms to integrate with and enhance the selection / on-boarding etc.

Cons:

Career web page. Customisation is very limited.

Alternatives Considered: TRAFFIT

Reasons for Choosing Teamtailor: New company without ATS, very good offer (price & quality) comparing to other local suppliers.

Reasons for Switching to Teamtailor: Combination of quality & price, very nice feel & look during the presentation, additional feature of career web page (a bit dissapointment - limited customisation options).

What makes a recruiter's life easier? TEAMTAILOR!

Comments: TT is making my everyday life as a recruiter so much easier. Thank you guys!

Pros:

I've tried a couple of different recruitment software throughout the years, and none of them have been as easy and user-friendly as Teamtailor! It's super easy to introduce anyone to this ATS and it gets great feedback from managers too.

Cons:

In general, everything works great. But as always, improvements are always welcome. We have been feedbacking quite a lot and it's great to see how you listen to your customers and make our feedback into real life improvements. Keep up the good work!

Comments: The overall communication cycle with candidates is much easier.

Pros:

It's very user-friendly and intuitive to use - love it! It has definitely made our job easier and more effective. :)

Cons:

I think the Connect option should be editable. More precisely, I think it requires more explanation because a lot of candidates choose this option before applying for a job position. Also, it would be great if we could customize the message they recieve after connecting. :)

Life changing ATS!

Comments: We recruit from 2-15 vacancies at any one time in 3different offices and it has saved me time, helped me communicate with hiring managers and the candidate experience is much better than what we had before.

Pros:

The onboarding and training was simple, quick, informative and everyone I have spoken to with any issues has always come back to me with great advice. It is simple for me to use, but also hiring managers who don't have time to get used to a new system. It looks pretty, very intuitive, easy to get from one page to another. Constantly updating the product with new features that are super useful! Saves me time and candidates also love using the careers page!

Cons:

Slight glitches every now and again, sometimes kicks me out but overall works really well for me.

Teamtailor is simply amazing

Comments: Since we used Excel sheets before, TT has been a massive booster for our recruiting productivity. But that would be expected of any other ATS as well. I haven't used all of the possibilities that TT offers yet but what we are already using is great. :)

Pros:

The focus on the employer brand and ease of use.

Cons:

Some functionalities that are missing like e.g. placeholders in scheduling messages, but since TT are still a startup they are very open to feedback and will likely implement these features soon if they are requested often.

Reasons for Switching to Teamtailor: Because of the focus on the employer branding like the website tool. Additionally, the pricing was very attractive and the openness to my customer feedback and further development of the product influenced my decision.

Overall a very usefull app

Comments: Overall I find the app easy to use and useful.

Pros:

I like this app because is user friendly.

Cons:

As I already mentioned some issues to the team, regarding the positioning of the candidate on the role (you cannot differentiate the roles with the same titles when you search from the + button to add the candidate on the role. Even if we put a label on the job, it is not visible from there and we can easily mistake and add the candidate on the wrong role.

Such a great ATS product

Pros:

Very user friendly, easy to use and meets our needs as customers. Has great career site integrations. add on for linkedin sourcing integration is amazing.

Cons:

They sell it as one-fits-all solution and that you are paying for the whole sw but there are still some features that are premium and only for enterprise sectorYou need to consistently log in for links to work which is a painthere are some bugs but the team is welcome to feedback and they seem to work on them - even tough very slowly. Linkedin Ads is a bit messy on the background between their APIsthey survey feature is very poorly designed adn doesnt allow us to manage all candidate lifecycle on the product

Comments: It's a very comprehensive ATS offering the main features TAs need in modern times. Data Pipelines, Very useful automation features, very visual stages and fairly collaborative capabilities.

Pros:

Very robust data reporting capabilities. Especially for the price charged. Top-notch!

Cons:

It really lacks full capabilities in terms of candidate assessment (scorecards). It does offer interviewing kits that can be customized but with limitations that keep it fairly simple.

TeamTailor for the win

Comments: We've solved 3 key problems with TT Ability to manage all candidate communications from one centralised place
Engaged with managers who participate more actively in the recruitment process
Posting of jobs to careersite and job boards with ease

Pros:

Drag and drop functionality. Seamlessly move candidates through various stages in role lifecycle. The second thing that really stands out is the level of customisation possible. You're able to design the system and set it up the way you need it without any external support.

Cons:

Reporting is probably the weakest side of TT. Whilst the analytics look great at first glance the ability to do anything meaningful with the data (even a simple export to excel) is severely limited.

- Easy to learn, use and understand - Customer support is fast and very helpful - Non-traditional recruitment and employer branding ATS, fun och colorful - Agile and delivers new features constantly

Cons:

- The switch from another product did not go as wanted with the candidates and GDPR (when I worked at my previous job) - The GDPR features overall can be more flexible to work with in Teamtailor

Teamtrailor has the best HR recruiting features with clean design that helps hiring process painless

Pros:

Ability to communicated efficiently with internal SnapIT team members and External candidates that apply for the job. Keep a track of the progress on any candidate that applies for our job via our website, rate the candidates applied and update and check the status of progress of the candidate.

Cons:

I would like the ability to post the jobs we enter into the Teamtailor be also posted in centralized website that Teamtrailor can market it nationally and even globally. That would be an ultimate solution for companies across the globe that use this amazing application to utilize the exposure to find relevant candidate.

Great piece of HR software

Comments: My overall experience is good, Teamtailor is bringing good updates to their software.

Pros:

Teamtailor is a fast and easy to use tool, perfect for my HR team. It was easy to setup and has saved HR quite an amount of time. The mobile version works well too, which can actually be a problem with tools like these.

Cons:

Teamtailor could use some more updates within the platform. These are usually related to mailing and user experience. Besides that I've not encountered any major issues.

Pros:

It´s easy, it´s fast, it gives me a very good overview of all candidates ! For someone who wanna see status, progress and be able to give feedback where it´s needed, this software rocks!

Cons:

What´s not to not like?? I´m a superhappy customer! If I have to find something that maybe can be improved, it´s the freetext search, a faster and more "filterfriendly" freetext added to this amazing software would make my day!

My impression about Teamtailor

Comments: Overall, I am satisfied with Teamtailor. It's the greatest ATS I've used so far :)

Pros:

+ It's beautiful, I like the design so much; + very user-friendly - I learned how to use it in 1 day; + closely connected with automation, which allows you to set up the ATC to the company's needs.

Cons:

- sometimes pages loading for a long time; - I had some cases when triggers were sent by mistake even when they were not set up.

Pros:

Its easy to use and navigate. The features that exists is easy to learn and works well.

Cons:

I would like a better way of taggning candidates, as of now it takes quite a lot of time and they get outdated pretty fast.
