One of the best tools to do recordings
Pros:
We use Aircall and it's integration with Hubspot to use in our remote team and it works very very well. Everything is logged automatically and we can even do workflows based on some Aircall rules.We also use it so send automatic SMS's and also to log recordings into hubspot.Everything works extremelly well

- The speed with Hubspot could be improved- SMS integration could be better

Pros:
Aircall is your one-stop-shop for all call center needs. We have a dialer, a transfer system, a voicemail system and so much more- all in one platform.

I can't think of anything negative about Aircall.
Poor call quality, ridiculous pay terms and cancelation policy
Comments: Very disappointed with their services, will NEVER use again
Pros:
The reason we signup with aircall is that they offer unlimited local to local call minutes with one flat fee, which also includes a local number.
Cons:
We signed up with aircall with the same email address as of G2 account, while there are at least 3 things we are very unhappy with them 1) our package should include a free local number, while in our invoice, we get charged for that number even though we followed all the instructions from the account manager 2) the call quality is very bad, or even horrible, our sales reps complained a lot of noises, and 50% of the time we used it, we had this problem every 15 minutes, and eventually did not get fixed 3) worst part of it, we told the account manager that we will try one month first, if good, we will upgrade to pay annually with more seats; if not, we will cancel the account. however, when we told the account manager that we wanna cancel that account and asked her to make sure they will not charge us automatically for the next billing month. first, she said yes. and then soonest, she said since we have not informed them to cancel the account 30 days in advance, we have to pay for the next month. So shall we tell them we need to cancel that account at the same time we activated an account? we emailed them several times on this issue, but they chose not to reply us.

Disciple Media Sales Team
Pros:
It does exactly what you need it to do, enables me to call sales leads all over the world and gives me phone numbers from multiple nationalities.
Cons:
Easy to use, relatively cheap, good UX it has also never broken.
Essential for our outbound efforts.
Pros:
I used aircall daily in my sales role to reach out to prospects all over the globe. It makes it really easy to call from a 'local' number, making it more likely you'll get through to your prospects, vs calling from an unknown abroad number.
Cons:
It was quite glitchy, and there were a number of times when I'd have to reload the programme while trying to dial. But no major issues, and would use again.
Gliding through calls, with Aircall
Comments: Great job program and makes life much easier in this industry

Very fast to maneuver, it pops up quckly on the screen, from background.

Great for having Control over your calling list
Pros:
Aircall's most useful feature is being able to work systematically through a list with it's PowerDialer.
Cons:
It's not always intuitive, and there are 2 specific examples of this. The only way to add a google sheets csv to the powerdialer is buy publishing it as a webpage which is inconvenient. Additionally, the moment someone hangs up - you can only add one disposition.
Call Tracking and Distribution done right
Pros:
We can freely distribute our calls between our 15 sales agents. It is easy to intervene and make changes for holiday periods or update numbers.
Cons:
There can be bugs and some numbers can act weird. Testing is required after each deployment.
Extraordinary Experience/Great Softphone I utilized up until this point
Pros:
Aircall is extremely simple to utilize. It just should be designed once. It is so natural to investigate for sound issues and loads quick, which I appreciate about Aircall. I once utilized a softphone that heaps for 30 minutes, which was depleting.
Cons:
I love everything about Aircall. Perhaps an idea from me is to further develop how phone calls function. I would likely need it more clear and, if conceivable, to leave the call when I'm not required any longer.
Aircall helps me hit my target
Comments: As an SDR who has been using aircall as a necessity in my job, it's ease of use and and user-friendly UI has helped me a lot in delivering results for my company. It also has a feature for transcript and recording.
Pros:

Cons:
There are a few occasions that calls are not connected or bad line.
Deceptive business practices. Non-existant support.
Pros:
Looks good on the surface, but they employ incredibly deceptive business practices with respect to phone numbers purchases.
Cons:
Their support is non-existent, and incompetent. Only their sales team will pick up a call. Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks since they disconnected a primary business line we purchased through them and no human will return emails/calls. Stay far far away from this deceptive business.

Very easy to integrate with other softwares
Pros:
I enjoy the user-friendly interface & reliable call quality and also how easy it is to set up and customize call flows and integrations with other tools, such as Zendesk.
Cons:
We have found the pricing to be higher than expected, especially for additional features or users.

Comments: aircall is easy to take in hands and usefull in the post call aspect but some problems arrive sometime during the calling or when we are called
Pros:
the recording of the call and to move the information to a CRM is very useful
Cons:
some bug arrive sometime when we are called or when we call
Good phone option if your business is spread all over the world
Pros:
The overall sound/audio is good and I like the fact that you can call everywhere without it being so difficult. You can also have a single account but multiple users based in different offices which facilitates things a lot.
Cons:
I don't think there's anything I didn't like at all, it reminds me a bit of Skype.
Need to call? make sure you use Aircall.
Pros:
Ease of use, it is a pretty simple app with a lot to take advantage from.
Cons:
So far I don't have any complaints about Aircall.
Great Software for Sales and Marketing
Pros:
From a marketing perspective, it was great to learn more about wins and losses by listening to recorded calls via HubSpot and Aircall integration

#1 software for customer service management
Comments: Excellent experience
Pros:
I like the most that it provides all cloud call center features, during my trial period, I was easily able to create campaigns, manage it with HubSpot CRM, and even connect with multiple third-party apps like BigCommerce, eDesk, Freshdesk and more. Its features like creating toll-free numbers, introducing voicemail (that helped me create automated greetings, and take messages), call routing, and even claiming local and international numbers - all these features made my life easier because I was able to do all this by using just their software. A perfect one-stop solution.
Cons:
No cons identified so far, even the support team helped me quickly to understand how can I setup and connect with different apps.

Aircall - A great option
Comments: The ability to either be or not be on call irrespective of where you are. Integration moving from different devices, ie.e laptop, tablet or PC.Would be lost without it.
Pros:
The product is very easy to use. Straight forward from the get go.You will be up and running right out of the box.
Cons:
The searching of the history could be better. i.e. search by different groups of the same number, link numbers of the same organisation. Extensions, mobile phones etc

Poor business phone system, unethical billing
Comments:
Bottom line:
If you are looking for a decent business phone system that offers decent quality phone calls and user experience, please look elsewhere. You shouldn’t be reading this review either, I would never recommend this company to any business owners. There are multiple companies around, I would advice you to check them out.

Pros:
Integrates with salesmsg to send out mass sms
Cons:
I had moved from Vonage to Aircall for my business phone system. I wanted to use salesmsg to send out mass marketing sms to my customers and the only company that salesmsg recommends to be integrated for voice calling feature was Aircall. Within few hours of using the Aircall app I find myself using a sub par business phone system. The cellphone app is extremely unrefined, lots of bugs and many features are absent. As simple as copying and pasting phone numbers from contacts tab is a daunting task. I had to memorize the numbers if I need to copy it (that’s how poorly designed the app is) Second flaw is that voice calls gets disconnected frequently. The phone call always disconnects after the first ring and I am forced to call every customer back as their calls don’t last past one ring. This is real haste, if your business gets good number of calls everyday. Third major issue here is that their billing team are unethical. My phone numbers were ported 6 days past my billing date with Aircall. Hence I am now getting charged for my full monthly fees although I have no service with Aircall past the first 6 days since the start of my billing cycle. When I approached the billing team, they declined to refund the balance (for the periods that I have no active service with Aircall) this I feel is ruthless billing policy towards small business owners like myself. I hate to pay two months of service for a poor business phone system that I had hardest time using.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that it can be frustrating when you purchase a tool for your business that isn't quite working the way you need it to. We try to make our app as user friendly as possible, but of course there are several factors that are sometimes out of our control and can lead to unexpected user issues. Should you ever decide to give Aircall another try, I'd recommend downloading our browser extension, which would enable you to call your contacts in one click, rather than through copy and pasting. Here's where you can learn more about this feature: https://help.aircall.io/en/articles/5259528-how-to-use-aircall-s-browser-extensions Calls being dropped can be attributed to many factors, but one of the most common is a poor internet signal. Another could be simply be that the contacts you dialed declined your call. In these cases, even the best VoIP tool will run into issues. It looks someone is in contact to resolve your billing issue. A companion for remote job
Comments: I do not see myself using another software. It has some flaws but Aircall is definitely my first choice. Its features keep on being improved, the team seems to be very feedback oriented. I am satisfied and looking forward to the next big feature release !
Pros:
The ability to call from any country and centralizing the contacts with links to our database. It makes remote job easy and. There are even tools to troubleshoot connection issue and know nmthe source of any quality issue ! I love the sms tool available for France and UK, it is very handy for reaching busy customers
Cons:
The reporting is not deep unless you pay higher membership. Depending on the company's need it is not that overpriced. There is no way to have your SMS saved if someone calls you in the middle of your typing and you receive notification for every single sms coming in even though you did not send the sms without the possibility to assign it... Lots of improvement could be done there in my opinion (tags, search for users...)

Aircall as a working tool
Comments: Very simple, it is easy to use, I like that I log in and I can start calling, for me it is important to save time when I have many tasks to do in my work.
Pros:
It is easy to use, it is fast. And it has a security check to get in, it's not easy for someone else to impersonate me and that gives me security. Also once I log in I can immediately start making calls.
Cons:
On occasion I have tried to log in the wrong way with another option and restarting from the app installed on the computer has been a bit complex, but then I restart it and I have been able to log in without any problems.
