> **Pros**: 1. Acquirell includes amazing Sourcing module that allows us to run RFPs2. All main tools we need: PO management, Contracts, Contractor Database, eSourcing is in one place3. We can sign a contract after RFP4. The tool allows us to conduct some prequalification before running RFP

> **Cons**: 1. The tool is mostly designed for procuring physical items rather than services. We had to play with the evaluation criteria to understand how we should procure services2. Invoicing is not included. It is necessary to attach a file3. Requisitioning is not convenient

> Acquirell enables us to automate a lot of business processes: RFPs, Contract Management, PO processing, etc.There are something that is not suitable for ContracTree (e.g. Requisitioning) but Acquirell team constantly develops the product, so, I hope that all the modules of the product will be convenient.

> **Pros**: -Acquirell has got a robust Sourcing module where we can handle our RFI, RFQ, and RFP events-We can quickly create a PO, easily attach the line items to the PO, and just send it to supplier-Now we can keep our requisitioning in electronic form instead of sending emails that are always being lost-Good communication within a team and with vendors-Approval routes capabilities enable us to handle our complex approval processes

> **Cons**: -We can't edit the text of a contract in the Contract Management module just like we were editing it in MS Word-Accounts Payable function is out of scope

> Acquirell helps the Partnora procurement team to handle the RFI, RFQ, RFP events and process the purchase orders. Also, now we can record internal and external communication that is related to purchasing
