Any question I have of how or what to do can be answered by either being able to find it in these guides, asking the chat bot or by actually speaking to a tech guy. They are always around and the Facebook group comes in very handy too. The website design is easy to navigate and get used to once you play around and learn all the things. I love that I can sell my box and products at the same time. > > **Cons**: I wish there were some scope to have just one or two cancellation options like we can implement them on the Subbly plan. I know that is the whole point of paying the different tiers, but if you allowed just one or two to be included on the basic plan, I think that would be ideal for us to use. Being able to just try one would more than likely get me to upgrade as I grow because no doubt I would need more than one\! I would have liked to purchase the next plan too as I love that we can get someone to help with the design of our website, because I definitely need help with conversions on mine\!\! > > It's been a pleasure to deal with. I love the customer service and the whole team are really friendly and helpful. They listen to us customers and seem to want to grow and improve with us and what our needs are. I love that some of the big boxes use them too as this is handy if we need help too. It truly is the best experience I have had with building an audience from scratch and trying to learn how to grow and maintain all the things I need to\!
