The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to onboard new users and keep day to day usage consistent. Customer support is a real strength - the team are always quick to respond and genuinely helpful when questions or issues come up. For core CRM needs like contact and lead management, it does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity. > > **Cons**: Reporting could be more powerful and flexible, especially as you start to want deeper insights. We also found limitations with the built in web forms and tracking, which meant we eventually had to move lead capture to a third party tool. While it works very well for a small team, there are some open questions around how it would scale for larger or more complex organisations. > > Overall, we have had a positive experience with Nutshell. It is a reliable, easy to use CRM that covers the essentials well and keeps things simple.
