It’s also lightweight and doesn’t slow down the site. Great value for the features you get.

The core chat feature is especially easy to use, and the canned responses make replying to user messages very efficient. I also like the private canned responses, which allow to to save and use pre-defined responses that are only visible to you.

> **Cons**: The Lyro data source tool isn't that dynamic when scanning a whole website, and it would be very beneficial to be able to have a settings option to use or restrict website content suggestions when further information is required. So you can choose to show a full explanation in the Lyro chat, or allow users to click a link to the matching web page.
