We started with just Zoom Rooms and then gave everyone an individual license when everyone shifted to WFH during covid and the transition couldnt have been simpler. Zoom made that period so much easier for us. The video conferencing is always of high quality and very reliable. Bugs and issues are sorted in a professional and timely manner and they customer support provides timely responses. Our employees love using this platform and find it superior to using Google Meet or Teams and gives us a credible platform to engage with out clients which as a Google Workspace customer is important. The interop function of Zoom Rooms has been invaluable to us and means we can easily engage with external companies whatever the platform of choice. Teh digital signage looks great as well in all our meeting rooms > > **Cons**: Zoom has become a little bloated in the last couple of years as they try to cram as many featurs in as possible. We use Phone, Video Conferencing, Zoom Rooms and digital signage. As we dont use the chat, email or storage functions this makes it feel like we are paying for a lot of things we dont need.
