Overall experience is good but I think you have the wrong features behind the Ideas Advanced paywall
Pros:
Good APIs
Amazing support team
Integration with all the right tools
Cons:
Portal visibility restrictions behind the Ideas Advanced paywall stops the tool being considered valuable by our clients. They perceive Aha! to be a low quality product and ask us if we would consider moving back to JIRA to manage their product Ideas.
There's also the fact that users can share a view with unauthenticated users without realising they are doing that, with all the security concerns that brings.

Always extremely positive. I love the platform and I am delighted by the quality and friendliness of the employees. You make my projects look good!
Pros:
They really have thought of everything! The platform has such comprehensive functionality, everything you could need to plan, deliver and communicate your product releases. With so much content, it's a tough job to ensure users can easily learn and get value from the platform but this company is Best in Class at demo's; KB articles, how to videos and live training sessions. Everything is super clear and easy to learn. Why wouldn't you want this as a Product Manager?
Cons:
Sometimes the sheer volume of "what's possible" can be overwhelming. Simple things can be hard to figure out because you didn't notice this one setting that is active. With that said, the times that I have needed to figure something out, the articles are super clear and the response time for support is unreal.

I would say overall good. It's good for what we use it for which is building products used by millions of users.
Pros:
I like the level of customization that is possible within the platform, how I can switch to different views and then also see what other team members are working with it allows for great project collaboration. The SSO is also a good feature too.
Cons:
The UI seems a bit dated and sometimes within this the features can be a bit misleading. I also found that sometimes to get the best out of the product you need to go through a lot of steps.

The service Aha has offered us throughout the evaluation period, POC and implementation has been excellent. Their support and knowledge has made this a successful and pleasant experience
Pros:
Great tool for product roadmapping, collaboration and linking to strategic goals and initiatives
Cons:
The product plans/GTM could be much better, sadly it wasn't mature enough for us to adopt but this would really compliment the solution if this could be addressed

Aha was a better fit for our requirements, complex organisation and portfolio
