> **Pros**: The best way to think of file bound is like an electronic in the cloud file cabinet for your office. It is great if you have remote workers and need to access the same documents.

> **Cons**: Sometimes can be a bit slow to load. Could be a bit more user friendly but overall a great product for smaller organizations.

> So far so good. I liked the simplicity of it and the ability to make it what you want.

> **Pros**: I enjoy using FileBound because it makes it easy for use to upload student records and Financial Aid information in a secure location in the cloud. Our financial aid clerks can scan directly into FileBound from any computer with a scanner hooked up so it is really useful during our registration periods.

> **Cons**: The only issue that we seem to have with FileBound is that sometimes it is extremely slow when uploading new files and pulling up previously uploaded file. When we contacted FileBound previously, we were told their servers were running slow, but it seems to happen frequently.

> **Pros**: We really like the ability to have a document workflow system.  We use Filebound to flow invoices that need to be paid from remote locations to a central accounts payable office.

> **Cons**: The initial setup of Filebound is very time consuming.  It really takes a lot of work to get it working the way you want if you have a complicated document approval process.
