Customer support is brilliant, extremely responsive and friendly team who are a pleasure to work with. We did an initial trial with them first, fully tested the product and their service and responsiveness was brilliant. They also gave us a charity discount. Then, we also used their support to import our assets to Kontainer. They were flexible and worked with us to do this effectively. Kontainer is a well-designed product with a strong UI and UX experience for users in being able to search, filter and manage assets and their related data. > > **Cons**: A few limitations of use, but we overcame with some custom tech development. Their product roadmap means that they also wish to iterate and improve Kontainer too in a way that will benefit all customers.
