They are very in tune to the user experience and seek improvements in an ongoing manner. We had to purchase a separate system. They offer a 'lite' system for our own content, but Learning content offerings for us go beyond their capacity currently. I would also like to see more of a build out for development planning and tracking. Our compliance with our performance, goal setting, feedback and learning has been exponentially higher with the software.
