Parsing only works with words associated with job titles?? &#10;&#10;Extremely hard to track where your CV's have been sent. there is a lot of clicks to get where you need to be. &#10;&#10;Long time for wait on system issues you find. I wait about a week for someone to say to me that they cant fix it. &#10;&#10;Sending mass emails is very complicated. Hot lists and shortlists is confusing
