> **Pros**: L'intégration dans les outils de Microsoft Office est un des grands points forts. Classer et partager entre nous les documents importants est très rapide et très fiable, que ce soit à partir d'Outlook, de Word / Excel / Powerpoint ou via Explorer. La répartition des actions et leur suivi est un plus majeur également.

> **Cons**: L'interface utilisateur dans Outlook pourrait être améliorée, en particulier les (nombreuses) icônes devraient être plus explicites: il est courant de devoir déplacer le curseur sur les icones pour comprendre leur fonction

> Le personnel de notre société a rapidement compris et intégré les avantages de Dynamic Flows pour installer/organiser le partage des documents au sein de la société. Nous sommes répartis sur plusieurs sites, certains sont isolés. La gestion des documents, du suivi des actions, la constitution de dossiers, ... tout cela a vraiment commencé avec l'arrivée de DF.

> **Pros**: All in one. Gestion et traitement (conversion en taches déléguées ou pas) des flux de mails particulièrement importants ; un système de review particulièrement efficace sans lequel nous ne pourrions tout simplement plus travailler aujourd'hui.

> **Cons**: Nous rencontrons parfois des difficultés de synchronisation outlook / dynamic flows : une très bonne qualité de connexion internet est donc requise.

> **Cons**: La lenteur parfois avec Outlook et le fait qu'il faut parfois redémarrer tout le PC pour que ca fonctionne.
