Best!! wish i met them sooner. always warm and friendly.
Pros:
EVERYTHING, including the staff. keep saying, i wish i met CRMS sooner!!
Cons:
cant think of anything at the moment. fear of cost cutting, effecting the product in the process.

We've had current RMS since 2017. We've used it because at the time everyone was raving about it compared to hiretrack and rentalpoint. Fundamentally it's a good idea but it's been bolted and added onto so much now that it really does need an overhaul. We considered getting rid of it and going back to our old system but decided it's (only just) worth having. With recent price increases we may revisit that though...
Pros:
That it tries to bring all elements of rental management in to one platform
Cons:
That it tries to appeal to too many markets. It is never set up how you want it. There are constant workarounds which need to be in place. Development of ideas is slow and cumbersome.

"Don’t touch if you work on more than one machine and are mobile"

I work on the run so have an iPad, phone and computer. The one time password recently introduced doesn’t work in more than one machine so I keep getting locked out and instead of spenig. 2 mins doing a quote I can end up wasting hours trying to get the it people to help me
Pros:
The software used to be good and worked well. It’ll still work if you sit at home and work on one computer
Cons:
the new one time Passcode resets every 30 days and then locks you out. It also locks you out every time you change server. I’ve had numerous occasions where it simply won’t work again and I get locked out of the system which is t great when I need a fast turn around. I’ve actually lost work because of it and can’t recommend this system for those who work off site as it simply doesn’t work.

Excellent. It’s grown amazingly but very subtly over the years, and is a tool we could not function without.
Pros:
It’s designed by people who clearly know the industry and the pressures on the people using their software.
Cons:
I wish it would integrate with online booking systems

Overall, happy with the software. The only times we've had struggles, it was down to us needing more training rather than the system itself.
Pros:
30 day trial - Full ability to try the software before making a commitment to it The price includes YouTube videos and live zoom sessions The support team gave me import templates to easily upload my equipment Not locked into any contracts Can access the system on mobile whilst out on the road Ability to speak to the support team instantly on the phone
Cons:
There's been a couple of times I haven't had the response I wanted from support, but when I escalate this, the senior members of the team are very knowledgeable and happy to help.
