"This is why auction method is the best"

Auction method has helped make my company what it is today. We have used them for 8 years now and would not consider anything else.
Pros:
The ease of use is far and away the best. We have a lot of elderly folks that are able to navigate our site easily and bid.
Cons:
I wish I had the ability to tweak Little Things on my own. But it is not hard to contact support and have them do it for me. They usually make adjustments very quickly.

"Auction Method Software is perfect for our company."

We began using Auction Method in March 2024 after trying two other platforms, and it has been an excellent decision for our business. As a white-label, web-based software, it allowed us to seamlessly transition while keeping our brand front and center. Auction Method even set up our website, and their built-in customization tools are simple to use and quick to update. When we notified our email database of the platform change, our customers had no trouble adjusting—which speaks to how user-friendly the system is. The mobile app for cataloging auctions has been a game-changer. It works without an internet connection, and all updates sync once service is restored. I tested this in airplane mode, and it worked flawlessly. Auction setup is straightforward, especially once templates are created, and the process of closing an auction and sending invoices is impressively fast. I’ve even handled invoicing from the tailgate of my truck using a laptop and hotspot in just minutes. We’ve used Auction Method successfully for both real estate auctions and multiple online fundraising auctions, and the platform has been a strong fit in both cases. The value Auction Method delivers for its cost is outstanding. One of our most-used features is the whitelist bidder function for real estate auctions. Every bidder must request approval before bidding, and we require them to e-sign our terms and review the property information before being approved. This feature gives us complete control and peace of mind, even with past buyers. Overall, Auction Method’s features and performance have been an excellent fit for our company. From ease of use to customer support and pricing, we couldn’t be more pleased with the software.
Pros:
Web-based, white-label platform – keeps your brand front and center. Seamless transition – customers had no issues when switching from a previous platform. Easy website setup & customization tools – straightforward to update and manage. User-friendly mobile cataloging app – works offline and syncs later. Simple auction setup – templates make creating new auctions fast and efficient. Quick auction closing & invoicing – can be done in just minutes, even remotely. Whitelist bidder feature – ensures only approved and vetted bidders participate. e-Sign integration – bidders must accept terms and property information before approval. Reliable performance – no major issues since implementation. Excellent value for cost – strong features at a competitive price. Great fit for real estate auctions – tailored functions for vetting buyers.
Cons:
Customization is somewhat limited – while easy to use, advanced website design changes may require outside help. Learning curve at first – setting up templates and workflows takes some initial time before it becomes quick and efficient. Mobile hotspot/laptop dependence for closing – while invoicing is fast, it still requires reliable mobile internet access. If you are looking for a platform to bring you bidders. This is not it. It is a white label software.

The site development was smooth and well-executed, the platform ran like a dream, and the team's support/attention was top-notch.
Pros:
The platform was robust and easy to use, with capabilities far beyond our needs.
Cons:
Some of the revisions we made to our custom site needed to be done by Auction Method, and totally self-service. Wasn't a big deal - the support was great.

The service and support from these guys is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this service to any aspiring auctioneers.
Pros:
This software has helped me set up some very good auctions and it has helped me to become a much better auctioneer.
Cons:
I would like to see more work put into the "look" or design to be updated to something cleaner and simpler.

They work with me. If I’m having a tech issue, they fix it. If I’m having a bill pay issue, they help me. Nothing problematic I can face can’t be solved without Auction Method.
Pros:
AuctionMethod as a business is great, but the people that back it up are truly the ones that make Auction Method worth the effort I’ve put into this honest review. They saved my business. Gave me hope for a future & best of all. Make me money.
Cons:
The software is amazing. Like I said before. You go to any other website and you’ll see a long list of software integrations. AuctionMethod could benefit by venturing out and making deal which I’m sure will come in time. But as of now I’m completely satisfied
