> **Pros**: my service rep. they have always been by my side to walk me through any questions and has actively solved many of my roadblocks. they are the reason that we are loyal to SkyWire.

When you resign in it makes you do it 2x by closing your previous session.

Adding a tomorrow option when running reports.

> Good, there are limitations (as with any software) that hinder efficiency at times. 
However, I have my staff well trained on the software and a large part of our problems was from a lack of understanding due to old management not taking initiative to schedule the training provided from SkyWire.
