> **Pros**: Functionality-wise, they've everything but it's buggy and very very un-user-friendly

> **Cons**: This application is very very buggy, almost all the modules have some sort of flaws in it, which take ages to get solved. The operational workflow isn't complete and one of the poorest UI/UX experience you'll get. 

As our business scaled up, this application was completely incapable to handle our growth.

> We've used this ERP system for 5+ years as back then there weren't much alternatives in the local market. So somehow, we just tolerated it and just got our accounting validations \[in terms of income\] right. Apart from this, this whole ERP application didn't come much to our use.
