The engagement analytics showing who watched what and for how long give us genuinely useful signals to prioritise follow-up conversations.

> **Cons**: The content management side can get messy quickly unless you build out a well-structured, maintained library.
> 
> Overall it has been a positive addition to our pre-sales motion, helping us qualify interest and educate prospects before live discovery or demo sessions. It works best when the content library is well-maintained and mapped to specific buyer personas or use cases relevant to our target CFO and finance leader audience.

> **Pros**: I really like how easy it is to share a video inline in an email with a customer. I like that I get notified as soon as they watch it and who they have shared it with. The reporting and analytics are really good.

> **Cons**: Plug in can be a bit glitchy. It can be annoying if I draft the email first and forget to put the names in the to field then I click through consensus and have to type all the names out manually. It's also not that clear on personal video which one is before the demo, which is part of the demo etc

> Really good. The cons are only small but overall it's a great product. It's easy to use and the reporting and info you get back is great.
