> **Pros**: The fact that you can have video content saved and accessible to work with the different needs of your customers, and you can access this through other platforms such as Gong AI and Salesforce and Outlook it makes it even easier to work with the programme.  To also get customer open in sights and seeing how a customer has interacted with the videos works great too.

A lot of the leaders I speak with, especially in law firms, don’t have time for a full demo, so being able to send them short, tailored snippets is a game changer. It helps me keep the momentum going in deals and gives buyers the flexibility to explore in their own time. I also really like the reporting and demolytics side, I can see who’s engaging, which features get the most attention, and even discover new stakeholders I didn’t know were part of the decision process. It’s been a really useful way to understand buyer interests and tailor my approach accordingly.

> **Cons**: There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when building out more complex demo flows or managing a lot of content at once. It took me a little time to get fully comfortable navigating the content management side and organising everything efficiently. Once you get the hang of it, it is pretty straightforward and easy to use day to day.
