The engagement analytics showing who watched what and for how long give us genuinely useful signals to prioritise follow-up conversations.

> **Cons**: The content management side can get messy quickly unless you build out a well-structured, maintained library.
> 
> Overall it has been a positive addition to our pre-sales motion, helping us qualify interest and educate prospects before live discovery or demo sessions. It works best when the content library is well-maintained and mapped to specific buyer personas or use cases relevant to our target CFO and finance leader audience.

> **Pros**: The fact that you can have video content saved and accessible to work with the different needs of your customers, and you can access this through other platforms such as Gong AI and Salesforce and Outlook it makes it even easier to work with the programme.  To also get customer open in sights and seeing how a customer has interacted with the videos works great too.

> **Cons**: nothing it works great, there isnt anything that i dont like about concensus.  The way it works with the other software means i can just keep working with customers.

> **Pros**: What I like most about Consensus is how easy it makes it to get relevant content in front of my customers. A lot of the leaders I speak with, especially in law firms, don’t have time for a full demo, so being able to send them short, tailored snippets is a game changer. It helps me keep the momentum going in deals and gives buyers the flexibility to explore in their own time. I also really like the reporting and demolytics side, I can see who’s engaging, which features get the most attention, and even discover new stakeholders I didn’t know were part of the decision process. It’s been a really useful way to understand buyer interests and tailor my approach accordingly.

> **Cons**: There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when building out more complex demo flows or managing a lot of content at once. It took me a little time to get fully comfortable navigating the content management side and organising everything efficiently. Once you get the hang of it, it is pretty straightforward and easy to use day to day.

It helps me engage with customers in a more personal and flexible way, gives me visibility into who’s really interested, and saves a lot of time compared to running full demos for everyone.
