> At Yorkshire Water we use the system to service the billing and recovery needs of our key business customers. The product has enabled us to offer a tailored and flexible approach in the ways we apply our tariffs.  It also provides us with all the options our customers want in terms of offering a consolidated invoices accross a number of sites and services, whetehr that be on paper or electronically.
Enhancements to the system are always handled in an efficient and professional manner
Overall, the product has met our requirements and exceeded our expectations in providing addtional functionality that was not initailly part of our requirements

The billing software and the service provided are both excellent and we have no issues. The billing solution is highly flexible, enabling us to address our ever changing needs as a utility and to accurately and efficiently bill our customers.
