It was very easy to view and understand the information being presented and to navigate the site. The switch to a new TPA has, in my opinion, made the employee experience a little less pleasant from a user interface perspective but I cannot speak to the value added from switching to a partner better adapted to our business for for reporting and integrations. The accounts are all funneled through one card so it's unclear where funds are being pulled from. The notifications are opaque and a pain to get to on top of offering no information other than to reach out to them. > > This is the least useful benefits software I've encountered.
