Comments: I improve my work life because through these recognitions I realize that the work done day by day is valued more and I improve my connection with the company.
Pros:
Kudos makes employee recognition effective and makes us connect more with the commitment to do a good job. When reaching objectives, rewards are obtained that are helpful and give motivation that a job well done has its benefits. Their rewards catalog is very varied and has incredible options for doing a good job.
Cons:
I feel that there is nothing that I dislike and much less something that they have to improve.
uplifting and inspiring
Comments: there o nothing more uplifting then receiving recognition from my coworkers and boss. Truly has been an overall great app. Makes me excited to see what my coworkers appreciate about me.

It's so wonderful to receive recognition this way. I genuinely get so excited! Love collecting points
