> **Pros**: The platform makes it so easy for clients to make bookings, receive confirmations and for us to then manage schedules.  It saves a lot on admin time and helps us provide a better service.  There are good payment integrations.

> **Cons**: Not much, it has been a really easy to use platform and satisfied both the admin team, therapists and clients.

> The customer experience has been really positive and a big upgrade from our previous manual processes.  I like that payment can be achieved from the same platform as well.

It’s cut down on no-shows significantly for our team, and the customization options for the booking page are pretty good too.

> **Cons**: Honestly, the mobile app feels a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Navigating through different client records or adjusting schedules on the go isn't as intuitive as I'd like, and it sometimes takes a few extra taps to get where I need to be. It's not a dealbreaker, but an update would be nice.

I also liked the automatic email reminders and it's pretty user friendly on the side of the person scheduling with you. Also you can contact support, and they give you a nice free trial period.

> **Cons**: I think it's a little complicated to set up. There are lots of things to check, and sometimes I get a little overwhelmed. But I guess that's part of them offering so many options.

> Overall, my experience has been very good on the free version. I'm actually planning to get the business subscription. And they do have personalized support, so I will get help to navigate the app and ask questions if necessary.
