Scripts are executed almost immediately, on-demand and scheduled. Its very responsive and we've not encountered any issues at all that weren't our own fault. > > **Cons**: There is a lack of support for Linux distros, the documentation claims to support linux however the "support" is very limited at the moment. > > Generally a great experience, its a little difficult to get setup and figure out menus but once it has been setup its a very powerful piece of software. The staff however who support it and account manage it are fantastic. > > **Cons**: Take Control was very hit and miss - engineers kept using ScreenConnect Patching was supposedly the strong point but the approval rules would take so long to update (we were told 24 hours by one engineer). Reporting was very sluggish using the newer reporting tool. It needed a lot of work to set up the relevant monitors and checks for machines, not enough out of the box. Interface antiquated. Mac support wasn't that great > > People at the company are great, unfortunately let down by a poor product that felt under developed. Interface needs revising from ground up - some things on the menu can be access from multiple parts of the menu tree. Very few built in components to do things that make it worth it's while.
