A Great Platform for Retail, with Minor Technical Challenges
Comments: My overall experience with Wooqer has been positive. The platform is effective for managing store communications, data collection, and process automation, especially in a large-scale retail environment like ours at V-Mart.
Pros:
The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to create, deploy, and manage various processes across our stores.
Cons:
The response time from the Technical Support Team can be slow when it comes to resolving errors, which can impact our ability to address time-sensitive issues.

Pros:
It has the potential to automate most of the SOPs in an organisation, more than decent UI and easy to use.
Cons:
Implementation team needs to be pro-active and ensure SOPs are not just created but implemented, executed & monitored well.
