Without any warnings indicating that something I had done was breaching their terms (still don't know what to this date as they wouldn't respond to my emails and tell me) my account was suspended and terminated. > > Although my initial experience of using the platform and setting up my emails and automations was good, I wasn't even able to send my first email campaign as my attempt led to a termination of the account with no warning or explanation.
