> **Cons**: It can be frustrating not being able to speak to somebody in support regarding urgent technical issues. The chat feature is cumbersome and takes a few minutes to speak to a human, who often has to escalate the query to another department.

> MailerLite is useful and probably value for money. There are pros and cons, but if the support is improved it would be an excellent option.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it shows UK-based customers (with UK domain emails) as USA-based and that is confusing and makes me doubt the data. A bit confusing when some emails need to be deleted manually if you have multiple lists.
