Cureo being embedded on our website helps our clients stay current. > **Pros**: The product is accessible anywhere I have an internet connection my desk at work, my laptop at a meeting, or my phone while at camp.  We can quickly find that file we need.  Using the publishing engine, we can quickly update all our scouts and parents as plans change.  Our weekly newsletter is immediately available via email and on our website.  Cureo has allowed us to gather and consolidate all our digital assets into one secure place, making them available to all our leaders, allowing for a smoother transition to new scoutmasters, and preserve our tribal history.  No longer do we worry where the most current version of a file is, or was it even backed up.  We know our files will remain safe, and no-longer inadvertently be moved where we can't get to them.
