> **Pros**: The fact that it is real time data that updates metrics you create automatically. It means that you don't have to keep pulling data out of the system that is then out of date within the next day. Grow can also email these metrics on a daily basis to give people key information about the business that is correct all the time.

> **Cons**: There isn't much to dislike about Grow, the implementation is great. The mobile app is great, the browser based software is great. But if I had to pick something it might be the fact that you need 6 months data to get started. But then again without this you wouldn't have any data to make anything with.

> Our experience with Grow has been amazing. We have never used any sort of BI software before Grow but we had heard and seen bits of Microsoft BI, but gave up trying to learn it as it wasn't very user friendly we found. However with Grow all the data is in one place. It is very user friendly to make basic metrics. However, if you want to go full BI they provide the tools to make complex coded metrics using SQL. These metrics can then be displayed on your P21 dashboard showing you all the key business metrics from the second you log in. The implementation was stress free and easy and the support guys at Grow are great and are always there should you need any help.

> **Cons**: Pushy sales team.&#10;Poor Customer Service. &#10;Expensive onboarding, where after 3 times in the platform, I knew how to use it better than the on boarder.  &#10;Worst invoicing and I have ever dealt with. &#10;Invoicing does not work well for Canadian clients, they cannot figure it out.

> I have found the experience from the beginning to be poor, I over looked it originally as their product is decent. The ongoing poor customer service is why we are leaving. The invoicing was atrocious, our CPA accountants could not make sense of it. Their system is not set up for Canadian credit card charges, always charged USD, then their solution was to return our payments but then charge us again only to result in the same issue. We are a small business and do not have time for these games. Then when trying to cancel, the contract does not mention any auto renewal clause for another annual term but references another document that was never sent. &#10;This company is poorly operated with a high oprice tag and I DO NOT recommend it, particularly with other better competitors out there.

> **Pros**: Works great to consolidate disparate data sources and create metrics that make sense. For the cost vs. other options it's a great tool. It's really helped us move more towards keeping an eye on the things that truly matter in our business.

> **Cons**: It's a little difficult initially to fully understand how to get the data into the system. But, once you've done it then it becomes pretty easy.

> Terrible. The product is a terrible fit for our company but we didn’t realize it until halfway through onboarding. Now we have a product we can’t use and have been forced to pay for… worst business decision I have ever made.
