> **Pros**: What I liked most about VICIdial is that it was straightforward to use for outbound calling. The system made it easy to move through leads, update dispositions, and stay organized during each shift. Even though I used it for a short period on the ACA campaign, the layout was simple enough that I could work efficiently without any confusion

> **Cons**: What I liked least about VICIdial is that the system could feel slow when switching between leads or updating dispositions. Another issue I experienced was during transfers — when the system opened a separate link for the agent, and I didn’t close it after the transfer, I couldn’t disposition the call. It made the workflow a bit inconvenient and added extra steps to finish the call properly.

> What I liked least about VICIdial is that the system felt outdated and not very flexible. The dispositions were very limited and extremely direct, which made the workflow feel restricted. Another issue I experienced was during transfers.

> **Cons**: I might sound a bit harsh but no mobile app? i get that there are portable devices to support vicidial, like a windows tablet or linux but no Android or Apple?
