Our benefit company did the initial set up with EN and I think it would have been more beneficial if we would have been involved in that.
Pros:
Employee Navigator is very user friendly and very customizable.
Cons:
Locating information specific to the various benefits we offer can be confusing.

We have loved the user friendly process from the Employee side but from the set up standpoint or the changing from year to year, it is cumbersome and not fun to work with. We have had an expert at Employee Navigator set up our product and it is still rough.
Pros:
We went from Paper enrollment forms to having everything online and easy to use and see. The reports that were then at your fingertips were amazing!
Cons:
Software is limited and confusing to set up. We have been using it for 3 years and it still isn't set up correctly and with all the kinks worked out.

Our overall experience with Employee Navigator is excellent! It helps us keep track of our benefits - from Open Enrollment to changes in premiums. I can't imagine our lives without it!
Pros:
There are so many wonderful things about Employee Navigator, I don't even know where to begin! It integrates seamlessly with our payroll software and keeps up with all of our employee benefit changes, even the smallest changes, such as a premium change due to a salary change. It allows us to roll out our new plans during Open Enrollment and helps us track compliance. It's also at a price point that makes it worth every penny!
Cons:
There aren't many things I don't like about Employee Navigator, it is easy to use and nearly foolproof. It has yet to let me down.

Fantastic! This is one system we have at the company that doesn't require much work on our part and has been set up perfectly!
Pros:
Since implementing this system with our employees, it seems to be a much smoother process for them and all of our health carries are integrated in the platform saving our team a lot of manual work.
Cons:
We have only used this system for 4 months and while implementation had a few bumps the platform has been working very well for us!

Overall, the value is high for the price point. Our rep who works with us makes the easy of use high and I never doubt that all of our company and employee information is guarded with the highest level of security. I enjoy the privacy aspect of the system
Pros:
Employee Navigator is a solid platform that allows for ease of open enrollment. Onboarding employees is easy because the home page notifies me as an administrator of what needs to be done. I can easily verify addresses and push through information that is pressing.
Cons:
At my company we use the integration, and sometimes that causes redundant work (ex. having to state that an employee is full time twice or verifying the state that payroll is processed in twice.). That can be challenging at times when I want to move quickly.
