> **Pros**: OneBill customer support is second to none. OneBill's support team is prompt, responsive, and always corrects any issues or completes projects in a timely fashion.

> **Cons**: Ease of use could be better. Some tasks take longer than I would like to complete. However, it must be stated that we are using OneBill to support a complicated billing structure with many products, services, and moving parts, and Onebill does an excellent job of managing these items.

> Our overall experience with OneBill has been outstanding. The service works 99.99% of the time without any issue. When there is a problem, OneBill's support team is always available to resolve our issue. When we need a new feature, OneBills project team is always willing to listen and work diligently to implement our request.

Receipt upload has been the feature that allows me to record travel expenses and expenses for client meetings painlessly, without having to worry about losing receipts. The process of issuing bills is simple, and I love the way that this works with our bank accounts. It helps me save time by clearly visualising how we're allocating funds to campaigns.

> **Cons**: This one is pretty user-friendly, but some reporting parts will take a little getting used to. It can seem a little cluttered where there is an overlap of multiple filters. Plus, occasionally, the receipt upload process delays a bit longer than I would like when I'm in hurry of finish the expense submission scenario.

> This has been a valuable addition to our sales operations toolbox. It makes expense management much easier, and it makes it much more transparent, which is really important for our department, because we travel a lot, and work with various clients. Not perfect and there are little quirks that could make its daily use smoother, but the good it brings makes up for the quirks. The customer support has also been of assistance when we've got stuck at a point, by responding and being detailed.
