> **Pros**: The support team has been extremely helpful, and it's great to see that many suggestions and requests are thoughtfully considered and implemented on the platform. Since we first explored the platform in 2024, there have been numerous improvements and upgrades. Our students are enjoying the platform, and the forms feature is particularly impressive, especially the ability to add signatures for registration purposes.

> **Cons**: It would be helpful if there were additional settings to customize the platform. For example, grades are currently averaged within a category, but there’s no option to use a formula or to have the highest weight automatically apply, e.g. for resubmissions. It would also be useful if assessment extension dates could be assigned to specific students, and if students could have the ability to replace their submitted work before the deadline—allowing assessment submissions to remain as drafts until the due time and then automatically submit.
