Overall, I think this product is super easy to use, and people generally pick up how to use it pretty quickly.

Functionality
    
It's great. There aren't many things you can't do on OBS , and it always works amazingly. We've never had any real problems with the sw.

Product Quality
    
This product is worth every penny, makes the practice run so much smoother, and overall betters the efficiency of the bussines.

Customer Support
    
Customer support is more than amazing. They are always the nicest people with the best help and will literally get you through any problem.

Likes Best
I love how easy this product is to use and how accommodating the staff is. Their support is always willing to take time to answer literally any question you might come up with\!

Likes Least
The thing I like least is how much further you could take OBS, but it's hard to know all the things you can do with it and even how to do them all just learning on your own.

Recommendations
I would recommend this product to any bussines; it's amazing and there's so much you can do with it.

Overall:  Great system that has replaced many disperate unconnected systems with this all-in-one billing platform. They are constantly adding improvements.
